What You’ll Do
As Media Lead – Essential Health and Self Care, RAMET (Africa, Middle East, Turkey), you’ll drive media strategy and excellence for one of Kenvue’s largest business segments. Reporting to the Head of Media AMET, you will:
- Lead full-funnel media planning and execution across digital and traditional channels.
- Optimize and allocate media investments for maximum impact and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with brand, analytics, and media agency teams to enhance campaign performance.
- Identify innovation opportunities and implement best practices across the region.
- Manage agency relationships and ensure high-quality, effective media delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep Kenvue at the forefront of media innovation.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in media, agency or client-side, preferably in multinational organizations.
- Deep expertise in media planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across markets, functions, and agencies.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Middle East media landscape.
- Experience managing regional/global partners.
- Knowledge of Adtech and data platforms.
