About the Role
Now we’re looking for a Junior/Mid Remarketing Specialist who has hands-on experience with email campaigns and a strong motivation to learn and grow. If you enjoy crafting emails that convert, testing new ideas, and learning new tools – we’d love to hear from you.

Please note:
This position is Prague-based and fully on-site. Hybrid or remote work is not available.
What You’ll Do
- Work with various remarketing channels, including emails, SMS, and voicebot campaigns
- Set up and send remarketing and email campaigns from start to finish
- Prepare and review email templates and content layouts
- Manage and update contact lists and segment audiences
- Monitor and report key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions)
- Support the team with automation setup and simple workflows
- Keep campaign documentation up to date
- Occasionally assist with weekend sends (1–2 hours, as needed)
What We Expect
- Some experience with email or remarketing campaigns (internship, freelance, or junior role)
- Basic understanding of how email marketing works and what makes emails effective
- Familiarity with at least one email platform (Mailchimp, SmartEmailing, Mailkit, SendGrid, HubSpot etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
- Motivation to learn, reliable work ethic, and ability to follow processes accurately
- Fluent Czech (priority) and English at least B1 level
Nice to Have
- Understanding of email deliverability and anti-spam principles
- Experience with affiliate or performance marketing
- Experience with automation tools or basic HTML knowledge
