About the role
As a Global HR Administrator (internally we call this role HR Global Service Delivery Analyst), you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle across multiple regions including EMEA, NASA, and APAC. You will ensure the accuracy and consistency of employee data, collaborate closely with HR Country Leads and cross-functional teams, and contribute to the smooth delivery of global HR services.This position offers a dynamic and international environment where attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential. You will be responsible for preparing payroll data, maintaining HR systems, and providing support aligned with RWS global HR policies. Your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of HR operations across the organization.
🌎 Location: Brno, Czechia - Hybrid (we work minimum 2 days per week from the office)
🕰️ Hours: Semi-flexible with core hours between 10am and 3pm
As a Global HR Administrator you will
- Manage administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, supporting teams across EMEA, NASA, and APAC regions.
 
- Collaborate closely with HR Global Service Delivery team members and HR Country Leads to ensure consistent and efficient HR operations.
 
- Prepare and validate payroll data for multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
 
- Maintain and audit employee records, including updates to the HR system and personnel folders, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
 
- Partner with internal teams such as IT Service Desk and Payroll to support cross-functional HR processes (no prior payroll knowledge required).
 
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers in alignment with RWS global HR policies and procedures.
 
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
 
You'll be great at this role if you have
- Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally in a similar administrative or service delivery role.
 
- Familiarity with HR processes across various countries is an advantage
 
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
 
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills.
 
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
 
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
 
- Fluent English and Czech/Slovak language skills
