About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support Accenture’s top management. You’ll be part of our Workplace team in Prague, helping leaders stay organized, efficient, and focused on what matters most.
What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize daily calendars for managing directors.
Organize travel arrangements (flights, trains, hotels, taxis, rental cars, visas).
Schedule meetings, calls, and conferences with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively suggest calendar solutions and adapt to changing priorities.
Follow up on open topics to ensure smooth execution.
Handle administrative tasks such as printing, invoice control, training registrations, and other business-related activities.
Communicate professionally via email, chat, and phone.
