Role Overview – Global Sales Support
Main responsibilities:
Administration and maintenance of B2B / CRM systems
Non-technical shipment support (liaising with production & logistics)
Documentation management for CRM/B2B platforms
Transportation cost calculation for shipments
Communication with production and logistics partners (e.g. DHL, UPS)
Work model:
Hybrid – 3 days in Holešov, 2 days from home.
Experience:
Back-office experience in export/import or logistics operations.
Understanding of business and customs documentation.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong English required; Czech beneficial.
Comfortable handling quotations, basic data, and shipment coordination.
Detail oriented.
Salary range:
25 - 35,000 CZK/month.
Other notes:
Open to candidates from Ukraine or other countries, if fluent in English and Czech.
Should be flexible with working hours due to global communication.
