About the role: We are looking for a Legal Counsel with experience in international corporate law to support our group’s expansion in the IT entertainment sector. The candidate will handle contractual, regulatory, and corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Required skills:
Master’s degree in Law (Czech or EU university preferred)
3+ years of legal experience, ideally in gaming, fintech, or tech sectors
Excellent written and spoken English; Czech and Russian are advantages
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
Draft and review international contracts (B2B, B2C, licensing, and distribution)
Advise management on corporate governance, compliance, and risk mitigation
Coordinate with external law firms and regulators worldwide
Support cross-border M&A and corporate restructuring projects
