About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel with a solid background in international corporate law to support our group’s global expansion in the digital and technology sector. The successful candidate will manage contractual, regulatory, and corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review international contracts (B2B, B2C, licensing, and distribution)
Advise management on corporate governance, compliance, and risk mitigation
Coordinate with external law firms and regulatory authorities worldwide
Support cross-border M&A and corporate restructuring projects
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Law (Czech or EU university preferred)
Minimum 3 years of legal experience, ideally in technology, digital services, or fintech sectors
Excellent written and spoken English; Czech and/or Russian are strong advantages
High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment
