Assistant to the Managing Director (CWS Hygiene CZ/SK)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Assistant to the Managing Director to support the daily operations and strategic projects of our CWS Hygiene leadership in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about operational excellence and effective collaboration.

Your Role

As the Assistant to the Managing Director, you’ll provide comprehensive executive support while playing a key role in internal communication, project coordination, event management, and business operations across areas such as sales, legal, compliance, and office management.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, priorities, meetings, and correspondence.
• Draft and edit internal communications, emails, memos, and presentations.
• Organize business trips, internal and customer meetings, and company events.
• Support office logistics, including workspace planning, furnishings, and supply procurement.

Business & Project Coordination

• Prepare and analyze sales reports in Salesforce
• Support sales initiatives – including bonus calculations, results tracking, and internal communication.
• Maintain pricing structures in MS Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate employer branding and internal communication activities.
• Assist in executing strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor project milestones and facilitate cross-department collaboration.

Legal & Compliance Support

• Liaise with legal offices on company-related matters
• Communicate with regulatory authorities regarding product compliance and certifications.
• Manage ISO documentation and support audit processes (internal and external).

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar executive support role.
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a structured and discreet work style.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Valid Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel within CZ/SK.
• Clean criminal record.
