The objective of this role is to drive customer strategy while delivering internal KPIs and market share outperformance of Reckitt brands. In the long-term, the role is responsible for developing a strategic partnership with the customers, thereby strengthening Reckitt position in our categories and optimizing all aspects of the commercial relationship. This person is responsible for providing strong internal support to Channel Manager and helping to develop sales budgets, plans and forecasts.
 
In this position, you’ll:
- build and develop effective long-term relationship with entrusted customers
 
- lead annual negotiation of contract trade terms and implementation into daily business
 
- be responsible for investments in line with approved budget
 
- explore customer potential
 
- regularly (over)achieve strategic objectives per customer: NR, GM, COP and NWC on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
 
- provide accurate sales forecast on above mentioned KPI´s (both short and long term)
 
- execute 4P's strategy implementation, drives NPD´s launches, Must Stock List implementation, seeding activities, promo plans
 
- analyze and monitors overall retail environment and seeks for new business opportunities, using all available tools - AC Nielsen, Focus and customer sell out data
 
- grow Market share of Reckitt brands as a visible and measurable result
 
- work independently and ensure proactive self-driven cross-function cooperation
 
You’ll succeed because you…
- have FMCG experience in Sales or Marketing and Key Account Management with a proven track record in Sales Management with major retailers
 
- have an educational degree (minimum bachelor’s level) from a recognized university, ideally in a business-related subject
 
- are highly analytical and numerate
 
- speak fluently in English & Czech/Slovak
