Job offer: Solar Power Plant Maintenance Technician & Site Manager

Join Solar-Support, an experienced international company specializing in the maintenance and service of solar power plants throughout Europe.
We are looking for experienced solar power plant maintenance technicians and a site manager in Germany to strengthen our growing team.
🔧 Your role – Technician
You will work on professional solar farms in the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.
Your main tasks:
Rewiring and replacing connectors
Troubleshooting and repairing data faults
Replacing inverters
Replacing damaged panels
General maintenance and repairs in solar arrays
💼 Your role – Construction Manager (Germany)
We are also looking for a construction manager who will manage and report on solar power plant construction projects in Germany.
Main responsibilities:
Overseeing large-scale solar power plant installation projects
Managing teams and monitoring work progress
Organizing schedules, safety, and documentation
Working with Excel and Word for planning and reporting
Fluent German (spoken and written) is highly valued — and brings higher pay on selected projects.
💰 What we offer
Hourly wage: from €35/hour
Daily allowance (permanent position): €75/day (including door-to-door)
Daily allowance (with accommodation): €120/day (including paid working hours on site)
Weekly payments
Long-term contracts and a stable work schedule

📋 Technician requirements
Proven experience with solar installations
Excellent knowledge of English (German is an advantage)
Own vehicle (car or van, representative)
Valid documents:
VCA VOL (Dutch online course)
BA5 (Belgian certificate)
Form A1
Driving license
Professional demeanor and proper protective work clothing
Professional tool kit (we provide a standardized list)
📋 Requirements for a construction manager
Experience with large solar installations (required)
Excellent English (German an advantage)
Knowledge of Excel and Word
Perfect German (speaking and writing) = higher salary for specific projects
Own vehicle (car or van, representative)
Valid documents:
VCA VOL (Dutch online course)
Form A1
Driving license
Professional demeanor and proper protective work clothing
