Your main responsibilities:
Maintain and regularly update the marketing and communication budget for the Delivery Growth team, monitor spend vs. plan, and ensure data accuracy
Prepare and manage retention and engagement communication for delivery partners (e.g., e-shops, integrators) through email campaigns and other channels
Support in building, testing, and optimizing communication journeys for both partners and customers, ensuring timely and relevant messaging
Support production of branded materials (manuals, banners, creatives, presentations) and ensure consistency with brand guidelines
Support planning and execution of joint promotions with delivery partners and internal stakeholders, coordinating timelines, assets, and deliverables
Track campaign performance and budget KPIs, prepare regular reports, and support optimization recommendations
Cooperate with product, creative, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives
This is the right job for you, if:
You have 1–2 years of marketing/digital marketing experience
You have experience with digital channels (social media, email, basic SEO, paid ads)
You have basic knowledge in analytics to read campaign reports and performance dashboards
You have knowledge of content creation processes
You are cooperative and can engage others
You have initiative and a proactive approach to assigned tasks
You have high interpersonal skills
You speak Czech and English fluently
