About the job:
You will be responsible for providing 2nd line support for the Prague offices, serving our Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian employees. Your duties will include ensuring employees are adequately equipped with necessary hardware and software, and offering advanced support for issues that exceed the capabilities of 1st line support. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with 3rd line support support teams, primarily system administrators, specialized teams for printing and video conferencing solutions, and the network team, among others.
