Your Key Responsibilities
You will be the point of contact for our guests and contribute to making their experience unforgettable:
Welcoming: Greet guests with a warm, positive attitude, managing check-in and check-out procedures.
Assistance: Handle inquiries, provide detailed information about hotel services, tourist attractions, and local transport.
Management: Handle reservations, cooperate closely with the Housekeeping department to ensure ready rooms, and process payments while maintaining accurate records.
Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has a smooth and pleasant experience throughout the day shift.
What We Expect from You
We are looking for a professional who brings enthusiasm and competence to our team:
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is considered a strong advantage.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and a positive, helpful attitude.
Languages: Fluent English is essential. Knowledge of other languages (Czech, German, Russian, Spanish, etc.) is a great plus.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills. Experience with PMS (Property Management System) is preferred.
Soft Skills: Reliability and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
