Amory London is a UK-based premium hair-care and styling brand, renowned for its expert-level hair tools — including professional curlers, straighteners, and dryers. We specialize in timeless, salon-quality styling enhanced by the latest red-light therapy and ionic technology, delivering healthier, shinier, and longer-lasting results.
As part of our continued international growth, we are excited to open our new location in Palladium Shopping Centre, Prague, and are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team.
About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and confident Retail Sales Representative who loves beauty, fashion, and customer engagement. In this role, you’ll help customers discover the perfect styling tools and demonstrate how Amory London’s technology transforms their hair routine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and proactive manner
- Demonstrate and promote Amory London’s advanced styling tools, featuring red-light therapy and ionic technology
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve daily sales targets
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with our brand standards
- Follow company procedures and work collaboratively within the team
Training & Development:
We provide full, hands-on training from day one — you don’t need prior experience with our products.
You will receive:
• Complete instruction on how to perform point-of-sale demonstrations from start to finish
• Guidance on how to engage customers, introduce the products, and confidently close a sale
• Continuous support until you become an expert in presenting and selling Amory London tools
• All the knowledge and materials you need to succeed in your role
Compensation:
• Hourly Pay: CZK 150 per hour
• Additional Commission: Based on individual sales performance
• Payment Date: Paid on the 10th of the following month
Schedule:
• 4–5 working days per week
• 6–8 hour shifts (with standard breaks)
• Weekend availability required

• Previous retail or sales experience (1 year preferred, but not required — full training provided)
• Must be eligible to work in the Czech Republic
