Job Purpose
We are looking for a Localization Engineer who will be in charge or all technical aspects of the localization process including investigating localization issues and providing technical support to our vendors. If you have a technical background and interest in software localization, keep on reading.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for the technical execution of localization process
Coordination of external translators and resolving technical issues with customer (written / verbal communication in English)
Process optimization
Cooperating on automation development to reduce manual work
Emphasis on time and priority management, innovation
Skills & Experience
Ability to think outside the box and creatively combine available options in novel ways
Basics of scripting (Python, VBA, PowerShell)
Analytical thinking
Knowledge of Windows, MS Office (Excel), HTML / XML
Advanced knowledge of English (C1 preferably) - spoken and written form
Ability to present your innovations to the customer
Automotive knowledge (preferably car electronics) would be an advantage
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Ability to come up with innovative solutions to make your own work easier
Very good communication skills and teamwork spirit
