SEO Specialist (Technical SEO)

MediaGroup Worldwide is an international marketing agency with offices in Kraków, Copenhagen, and Hong Kong — and we are now expanding into Prague and other European cities. We're passionate about digital performance, work with global brands, and are looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to help strengthen our growing team.

The Role:

You will be responsible for auditing, maintaining, and improving the technical SEO foundations of our clients' websites — ensuring proper crawling, indexing, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals performance. You'll investigate issues, support developers with clear implementation tickets, validate fixes, monitor performance signals, and communicate actionable insights to the SEO Manager and wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute recurring technical SEO audits and proactively identify issues and opportunities
• Support technical implementation across CMS and development environments; conduct QA and validation
• Monitor search performance using tools such as GSC, crawlers, logs, and CWV data
• Provide technical guidance to content/offsite SEO teams and managers
• Deliver clear documentation and concise reporting of technical findings and recommendations

You'll Bring:

• 3+ years hands-on technical SEO experience
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, rendering, and indexing behavior
• Experience with tools like GSC, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and auditing platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to independently surface technical issues and solutions
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross-team collaboration skills
• Nice to have: experience with migrations, multilingual setups, log-file analysis, modern CMS/frameworks
