💰 Salary: Up to 80,000 CZK gross/month DOE, negotiable + benefits

Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take on a senior role in a dynamic, international environment? We’re looking for an Intercompany Senior Accountant to join our client’s team and ensure accurate and timely intercompany transactions, compliance, and reporting.

Intercompany Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany receivable and payable transactions, including creating recharge invoices.
• Perform reconciliations and keep intercompany balances at zero, providing explanations when needed.
• Support month-end closing and provide input to the General Ledger team.
• Identify process improvements and suggest solutions to the Team Leader.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance within a multinational or multi-subsidiary organization.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and intercompany processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); SAP experience is a plus.
• High level of English and Czech (oral and written).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
