We are currently looking for an HR and Payroll Specialist to join our HR team at BlueLink International.
At this position, your main responsibilities would be:
Participation in the payroll cycle - preparation of all necessary inputs for the external payroll provider & acting as the single point of contact for them;
HR administration - preparation of work contracts, amendments, agreements on terminations, etc.;
Onboarding of new employees;
Maintenance of HR database - entry of newcomers, leavers, management of changes;
HR advisory for both employees and managers - answering requests for various confirmations, questions concerning leaves, tax, social security & more complicated legal requests requiring the knowledge of Czech Labour Code.
To be successful at this role, you should:
Have previous experience in HR & knowledge of the Czech Labour Code and employment law;
Feel comfortable in fast-paced international environment requiring high level of flexibility;
Understand the business needs, have a sense of confidentiality and be detail oriented;
Have experience with employing foreigners and visa processes (an advantage);
Speak both Czech and English fluently (knowledge of any other European language highly welcome).
