We are looking for a thoughtful and curious HR Data Project Manager who enjoys bringing clarity to complex data, connecting information across countries, and helping HR make well‑informed decisions.
If you like working with both people and numbers and want to play a key role in HR processes across the whole Central Eastern Europe region (CEE) , this could be your next step.
This is an international role where you will work directly with the HR Head for the CEE region, supporting multiple countries and ensuring regional alignment in all key HR data topics.
As an HR Data Project Manager, you will ensure our HR data is accurate, our compensation and benefits cycles run smoothly, and our dashboards tell a clear and meaningful story. You’ll work closely with HR teams in different countries, with Finance, and our global HR system teams.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage HR data and payroll‑related information for countries across the CEE region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws
- Create and maintain clear HR dashboards and analytics that support day‑to‑day and strategic decision‑making
- Work directly with the HR Head for CEE and partner with HR teams across the region to support key annual processes such as salary reviews, bonuses, and talent cycles
- Ensure data accuracy, protection, and confidentiality while supporting improvements and simplification of HR processes
- Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports and collaborate with European and global HR system teams on enhancements and issue resolution
What do you bring?
- At least 5 years of experience with HR data, payroll processes, or compensation and benefits
- Experience with HR systems and analytical tools — ideally SAP, Workday, or Power BI
- Hands‑on experience with merit cycles, bonus processes, or employee share programs
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several country‑specific topics at once
- A curious, problem‑solving mindset and confidence working with data
- Strong communication skills across teams, cultures, and time zones
- Fluency in English (additional CEE languages are a plus)
