We are looking for a reliable, curious, and technically minded Junior HR Data Specialist to support our HR team across the Central and Eastern Europe region.
This entry‑level, part‑time role (one‑year contract with the possibility to extend) is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, wants to develop strong analytical skills, and is motivated to help us build consistent and trustworthy HR data across the region.
You’ll work closely with our Regional HR Data Project Manager and contribute to cleaner data, better reporting, and smarter decision‑making.

Main responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain employee data in our HR system with high accuracy
- Prepare, structure, and clean datasets for reporting, dashboards, and audits
- Create, update, and improve dashboards and regular reports (Excel required; Power BI a strong plus)
- Support HR cycles by providing prepared datasets and basic insights
- Identify data inconsistencies and help fix, streamline, or standardise them
- Assist with pre‑onboarding by reviewing data inputs and system readiness
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to resolve data issues
- Maintain organisational charts and reporting lines in a clear and up‑to‑date structure
- Handle sensitive personal information responsibly at all times
What do you bring?
- Education or background in Information Technology, Data Management, Economics, Analytics, Project Management, or a similarly technical field — or relevant practical experience from internships, student roles, or coursework
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic data modelling; readiness to learn more is key)
- Interest in dashboards, automation, and data visualisation
- Experience with Power BI, SAP HR or similar tools is a plus, not a must
- Enjoy working with data: cleaning, structuring, checking, understanding meaning and context
- High attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and enjoy improving processes
- Clear, friendly communication and a team‑oriented mindset
- Comfort working with confidential information
- Fluent English (additional CEE languages are a plus)
