We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Junior HR Data Specialist to support our HR team across the Central and Eastern Europe region.
This entry-level, part‑time role (one‑year contract with the possibility to extend) is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, likes things to be accurate, and wants to learn more about HR systems and processes in an international environment.
As a Junior HR Data Specialist, you will work closely with our HR Data Project Manager for the region, keeping our HR information up to date, supporting regular HR cycles, and helping the team ensure smooth operations.

Main responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain employee data in our HR system with accuracy and care
- Support regular data checks, corrections, and simple audits to keep the system reliable
- Help the HR team with basic compensation data entry, simple reporting, and routine analyses
- Assist with pre‑onboarding by reviewing data and checklists to ensure new joiners are fully and correctly set up
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve data issues and respond to simple HR data enquiries
- Update organisational charts to reflect current teams and reporting lines
- Handle sensitive information responsibly and follow data protection rules at all times
What do you bring?
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field — or relevant experience from student jobs or internships
- Great attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Basic understanding of HR data or systems; experience with SAP HR is a plus, not a must
- Confidence working with Excel and a willingness to learn new tools
- Clear and friendly communication, and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluency in English (additional CEE languages are a plus)
