About the role:
· As part of Carrier’s Digital transformation, the candidate will work as a Senior Consultant in SAP S4 HANA
· Main responsibilities will be to lead and support specific process domain expertise in CoE ERP, design solutions to meet business requirements, propose process optimization and deliver the ERP functionalities in agreed timeline
· Work in an international team of SAP experts implementing the solution across countries worldwide
· The incumbent will report to the S4 HANA Functional Leader
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related business discipline(s)
· Minimum of 8 years of experience within the information technology and/or increasing responsibilities within a related or relevant area of business.
· Minimum of 6 years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP ERP project delivery or support. Full cycle implementation experience
· Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA, understanding dependencies with other modules
· Results orientation, always stretching to drive personal and team outcomes
· Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
· Open and able to work in cultural diversity environment
· Customer facing skills, ideally gained a consultancy role
· Demonstrated “agile-development” mindset with strong customer-focus & results-orientation
· Spoken and written English is mandatory
· Willing to travel internationally
Responsibilities:
· Implement/review/confirm ERP solutions that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements
· Perform scoping, fit-to-standard workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimates and align with business teams
· Defines and prioritizes SAP ERP product features in collaboration with business subject matter experts
· Demonstrates product expertise and provides demos to customers as needed
· Explore newly released ERP cloud features to increase customer satisfaction and delivery continuous productivity improvement – initiate, align within business and implement
· Coach and mentor junior team members within the incumbent process domain responsibility
· Provide digital / technical advice and consultancy to clients in effective manner
· Lead SAP ERP software deliveries with a heavy focus on reuse and standardization
· Perform any other activities requested by your supervisor that are in line with the incumbent`s competences and experience
