Location: Ostrava, Czech Republic
Key Responsibilities:
Management of active temporary workers (agency workers)
Daily coordination and support of assigned workforce
Development of existing clients and acquisition of new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Administrative and reporting activities related to staffing operations
Requirements:
Proven previous experience in a similar role within a staffing or HR agency
Fluency in English and Czech (both written and spoken) – essential
Italian language is a plus, but not mandatory
Valid driving license
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
