Responsibility:
Receptionist is our window to the World. She/He receives, answers and redirects all incoming calls. Receptionist is responsible for leading (access management) and welcoming visitors – customers, suppliers and employee candidates. Part of their job is office administration.
Key responsibilities involve:
• To receive incoming calls (taking messages, transferring calls) - representing the company towards all visitors and external callers
• To maintain all services in the reception area (always phone service, answering machines over week-ends, etc.)
• To welcome guests, operate guest book
• To putting clients and visitors in contact immediately with our person
• Organising refreshments for visitors in conference rooms, and other events such as training
• Regular care of kitchen, conference rooms tidiness (organize and deal with cleaning service)
• Mail - receiving and distribution of letters, registered letters, invoices, etc., registration in book of registered mail (create and maintain a PC version), preparing postage for out sending
• Arranging travelling and accommodation for visitors and / or travelling employees including flight and hotel booking, taxi and insurance arrangement, restaurants reservations.
Requirements:
• High school level graduation, graduate also available
• English language skills - communicative level (spoken & written)
• Czech language fluently
• Good communication skills, nice voice and personality, good manners
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Driving license level "B"
• Has a keen sense of responsibility and a constructive attitude to the company and to the colleagues.
