We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic.
Ensuring the smooth running of the reception:
• Receiving and transferring telephone calls, handling messages
• Responsibility for correspondence - receiving correspondence, distributing shipments to final recipients, preparing outgoing mail
• Providing courier services in the Czech Republic and abroad
• Receiving visitors
General support for the smooth running of the office:
• Administrative support for the direct superior and individual departments
• Providing office supplies (including checking deliveries and invoicing), responsibility for the warehouse
• Ordering company forms
• Operating technical equipment including providing service
• Providing accommodation and transportation for guests
• Preparing conference rooms for meetings (including refreshments and technical equipment), ensuring reservations for lounges in hotels, ensuring taxi transfers, etc.
• Cooperation with the owner/manager of the building
• Ensuring supplies in the kitchen for employees (coffee, tea, water, sugar, etc.)
• Ad-hoc administration
• Experience in a similar position
• Friendly and communicative demeanor
• Excellent knowledge of Czech (oral and written), English at a communicative level
• Diligence, responsibility
• Willingness to learn new things
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
