What will be your responsibilities?
Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
Processing incoming and outgoing mail, including registration
Welcoming and guiding visitors within the company
Cooperation with managers
Ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s internal facilities
Cooperation with courier companies, preparation of shipments
Communication with building management (handling issues and requests, arranging repairs)
Regular checks of office premises
Kitchenette management and restocking supplies
Preparation of orders and invoices
Other administrative tasks
