Now we’re looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist who is organised, communicative and not afraid to push things forward.

What this role is about

You will:

• Own the execution of thematic campaigns on the Rohlik website
• Coordinate with Commercial teams, suppliers and external partners (photo documentation, creative agencies, asset preparation)
• Collect and manage campaign inputs such as images, copy, brand materials and visuals
• Ensure all assets are delivered on time, in the right format and quality
• Actively push internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Prepare and coordinate thematic newsletters and supplier communications
• Work with brand newsletters, notifications and other communication formats
• Support onboarding and daily use of the Rohlik Ads self-service tool
• Assist the Trade Marketing Manager with upselling marketing solutions and supplier business plans

What we’re looking for

This role is ideal for someone who is not afraid to communicate and take initiative.

• At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing, marketing coordination, account management or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
• Experience from FMCG, retail or e-commerce is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills — you’re comfortable calling people, following up and pushing when needed
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Service-oriented mindset towards suppliers and internal teams
• Fluent Czech (spoken and written) and advanced English
