New branch in Prague - key position of Office Manager
As part of the opening of the Prague branch, we are looking for an Office Manager who will be one of the key pillars of the new structure. This position combines administrative, operational and communication responsibilities.
Job description:
organization and daily operation of the office in Prague,
communication with clients and business partners,
administrative support and work with documentation,
basic agenda of financial and accounting documents,
cooperation with headquarters and management,
communication in languages: Polish (key), Czech and English.
We require:
experience in the position of office manager, in administration or a similar role,
very good knowledge of Polish - a key requirement,
good knowledge of English; knowledge of Czech an advantage,
independence, responsibility and ability to organize work,
proactive approach and ability to solve operational situations.
We offer:
