As a Customer Relations Agent at Waterdrop, you are the friendly voice and trusted guide for our customers. Your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is handled promptly, professionally, and with a positive, pro-customer attitude. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and follow up on concerns—always communicating in a clear, approachable, and solution-focused way.
Waterdrop is currently building a brand-new Customer Experience team in Brno, and we’re looking for the first enthusiastic team members who want to help shape it from the very beginning.
