We’re looking for a Senior PPC Specialist who:

• Thinks in a data-driven and business-oriented way
• Has agency experience (multiple clients, multiple campaigns)
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Can scale campaigns and identify new growth opportunities
• Wants to see the real impact of their work on profit

What you will do:

• Managing and scaling campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Working with monthly budgets in the millions of CZK
• Owning campaign performance and profitability
• Testing- Creatives, Landing pages, Funnels
• Running systematic A/B tests
• Analyzing data and optimizing performance
• Collaborating with the creative team (briefs, testing)
• Reporting (KPIs, budgets, profit)
• End-to-end ownership (setup → scaling)

What we need:

• Senior experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Agency background (strongly preferred)
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
• Experience with larger budgets
• Understanding of key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking
• Independence and ownership of results
• Ability to follow company strategy and guidelines
• English level B2 minimum
