Job Description
You will be the face of our brand, meeting guests, preparing racing experiences for them and making sure they enjoy their visit to the fullest. Our goal is to provide top-notch service that will make guests happy to return to us. Therefore, we expect a positive attitude, energy and a proud, loyal demeanor from our brand representative.
Attention to detail is at the heart of everything we do – from product selection to creating the perfect atmosphere throughout the day, every day.
- You will welcome guests, find out their preferences, answer questions and recommend experiences.
- You will accept payments via the cash register or phone reservations.
- You will prepare racing simulators and run races for guests.
- You will always print out results and telemetry data for guests at the end of the race.
- You will also sell additional merchandise, other races, event tickets and refreshments.
- You will help guests with coaching and give advice to those who want to develop.
- You will analyze telemetry data from the race and provide customers with tips for improvement. -
You will assist in the operation of the afternoon and kids' clubs.
- You will serve customers hot drinks and soft and alcoholic drinks from our bar.
- You will perform basic cleaning tasks and ensure that the simulators and spaces are ready for guests.
- We expect a presentable appearance and a pleasant, friendly demeanor.
- We expect efficiency, attentiveness, knowledge of the field and communication skills.
Job Description
- Welcoming guests in a positive manner and providing a first class service.
- Managing and supporting our simulators using our simulator management system.
- Managing guest bookings and allocating simulators upon arrival.
- Accurately recording all sales, including package fees, and being responsible for payments received from guests.
- Preparing tea and coffee and serving other drinks from our bar.
- Collaborating with colleagues / supporting the team – looking after guests when colleagues are busy.
- Ensuring maximum hygiene and cleanliness by following all cleaning procedures.
- Carrying out occupational health and safety duties and adhering to all relevant measures.
- Arriving on time for each scheduled shift, presenting a presentable appearance and reporting to the supervisor.
- Communicating with the supervisor regarding any guest issues or requests.
- Attending and actively participating in training and team meetings as required.
Knowledge and experience
- Experience with simulation racing games or motorsport required.
- Enthusiasm for gaming or motorsport.
- Good IT skills. - Fluent communication in English and Czech
required . - Previous experience in a dynamic environment with direct contact with customers an advantage. - Ability to learn quickly - curiosity, pride and confidence in dealing with the team and guests. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Applicants must be over 18 years old .
Part-time (weekdays and weekends)
Salary 180 CZK per hour
