Requirements for candidates:
- Result-oriented, analytical thinking, ability to quickly identify and solve problematic situations;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to daily operational challenges;
- High level of self-organization, responsible attitude to one's duties;
- English language proficiency at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
- Czech language proficiency at an Advanced level.
- At least one year of experience in customer service would be an advantage;
Responsibilities:
- Processing requests from restaurants and customer service through written communication;
- Handling requests from couriers through outgoing calls (return calls and resolving their issues);
- Providing written advice to users on the product and software functionality;
- Maintaining reports, working documentation, and registers.
