Role Description
As our Executive Sales Representative, you won't just be selling products; you will be an ambassador of Mexican gastronomy. This is a full-time role based in Prague-Tuchoměřice where you will be the driving force behind our growth, bringing our authentic tortillas and specialty foods to the best tables in the country.
Qualifications
What You Will Do
Identify & Conquer: Find new business opportunities within the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and retail.
Relationship Building: Manage and grow our current portfolio of clients, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
Market Strategy: Present our products and conduct tastings (the best part of the job!).
Sales Cycle Management: From the first "Hola" to closing the deal and following up on logistics/payments.
CRM & Reporting: Keep track of your activities and achievements using our sales tools.
What We Are Looking For
Legal Status: You must already hold a valid work permit or visa for the Czech Republic (Mandatory).
Languages : * English: Fluent (B2/C1) for internal and international communication.
Czech: Professional working proficiency (to deal with local distributors and chefs).
Spanish: Basic/Communicational (A2+) – Being able to say more than "taco" is a big plus!
The "Vibe": Passion for Mexican gastronomy is highly valued.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, resilience, and a "can-do" attitude.
Driving License: Category B (active driver) is usually required for visiting clients.
