Accounts Receivable Clerk
What Will I Be Doing?
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for performing the following duties to the highest standards:
Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, billing, credit card reconciliations, and receipt posting.
Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue balances to ensure timely collections.
Ensure smooth and efficient billing and collection processes in full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Perform daily control and reconciliation of deposits.
Support the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of all required financial reports for review by the Director of Finance.
Assist with internal and external audits related to receivables and revenue.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What Are We Looking For?
An Accounting Clerk – Receivable serving Hilton Brands consistently works on behalf of our Guests and collaborates closely with fellow Team Members. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate the following attitudes, behaviors, skills, and values:

Ability to proactively identify, address, and prevent potential issues.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of management and with external customers.
Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement tasks required for the team to meet its responsibilities.
Highly detail-oriented and well organized.
Advanced proficiency in both English and Czech to meet business needs.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software when required.
Additional Preferences:
University degree in Accounting or Finance
