Accounts Receivable Clerk

What Will I Be Doing?

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for performing the following duties to the highest standards:

  • Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, billing, credit card reconciliations, and receipt posting.
  • Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue balances to ensure timely collections.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient billing and collection processes in full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Perform daily control and reconciliation of deposits.
  • Support the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of all required financial reports for review by the Director of Finance.
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to receivables and revenue.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Czech to meet business needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software when required.
