Key Responsibilities
- Trade Sales
· Manage both incoming customer sales inquiries and proactive outbound trade sales initiatives, including customer engagement, opportunity creation, and full administration in Salesforce.
· Initiate and manage customer interactions related to trade sales, promotions, and commercial opportunities, in coordination with the Sales team.
· Create, update, and maintain sales opportunities, quotes, and related documentation in Salesforce.
· Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
· Support the conversion of opportunities into confirmed orders in line with approved pricing and commercial policies.
- Customer Portfolio Management
· Maintain and manage a portfolio of assigned customers, ensuring regular follow-up calls and consistent engagement.
· Present special offers and promotions to drive customer interest and sales.
· Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling based on customer needs and product knowledge.
· Assign sales leads to the responsible Account Manager or KAM in the region when the contract value exceeds a predefined threshold, ensuring alignment with regional account management.
· Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
· Track interactions and sales activities in Salesforce to monitor portfolio performance
Required Qualifications:
· Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
· Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· High level of self-motivation and ownership, with the ability to follow through on tasks independently.
