For our client we are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing & Training Associate Analyst to support the THV (Transcatheter Heart Valve) Marketing & Training team across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate marketing and training materials from English to French and vice versa
- Manage and submit materials for internal compliance approval processes
- Support approval workflows within internal systems (e.g., Veeva Vault)
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks for the wider Marketing & Training team
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); French at native or near-native level preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in a medical, life sciences, or related field)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (graduates with strong academic background are welcome)
- Familiarity with medical terminology or experience in medtech/healthcare is an advantage
- Experience in medical writing (French) is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Veeva Vault or similar approval systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in compliance-driven environments
