We are looking for a motivated HSE Specialist to support Health, Safety, and Environment activities and help ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements. This role is suitable for graduates as well as candidates with initial HSE experience who are eager to grow in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record, report, and analyse statistics related to Health, Safety, and Environment
- Handle daily operational HSE tasks (e.g. ordering and issuing PPE)
- Identify potential risks and propose measures to improve processes
- Cooperate in the investigation of workplace injuries and implement corrective actions
- Participate in safety- and environment-focused projects
- Take part in both external and internal audits
- Update internal guidelines and operational rules and support the implementation of global standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Secondary school education (role is suitable for graduates)
- Responsible mindset with a strong interest in HSE topics
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Communicative level of English
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Safety Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in HSE and/or project management
