MOSAIC HOUSE is an independent hotel group operating four unique properties: MOSAIC HOUSE Design Hotel, The Manes Boutique Hotel, and the stylish apartment houses MOOo Downtown and MOOo by the Castle. We are proud of our excellent guest reviews and focus on creating memorable experiences for every visitor. We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist to assist us, including some night shifts.

What you’ll do
As our part-time Receptionist, you’ll ensure our guests feel safe, welcome and cared for during the night shifts and pamper them during the day. You will:

Welcome and assist guests
Help guests with questions, requests, and problems
Recommend local spots and services
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments
Work with our hotel management system and keep guest information updated
Prepare reports and complete the night audit
Ensure guest safety and comfort throughout the night
Upsell services and help create an exceptional guest experience

This role is a fit for candidates who:

Speak English confidently (basic Czech / German is a plus)
