Order Management Specialist *French Language*

Do you speak French and do you want to actively use French and English in your work ?

We are looking for new colleagues for this position in our brand new customer care team located in Brno!

What will you be responsible for?

• Communication with our clients (you will answer their questions and queries about products)
• Translating and entering orders into the internal system
• Regular communication and collaboration with teams within the SSC department
• Reporting
• Process improvement

What do we expect from you?

• Knowledge of French at least at B2 level and English at B1 level
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
• High school/college education - also suitable for graduates, whom we will train
• Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail
• Independence, self-reflection and willingness to continually work on yourself
