AI Trainee – Help Us Bring AI Into Everyday Work

We are looking for an AI Trainee to help us accelerate AI adoption across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

This role is a great opportunity for a university student who wants to work on real business challenges, learn fast, and make a visible impact.

Your role:

• You will help colleagues across the region use AI in practical, and useful ways.
• Supporting AI adoption across CEE
• Helping colleagues improve their daily work with AI tools
• Contributing to internal AI projects and pilots
• Creating simple guides, tips, demos, and practical use cases
• Testing new AI tools and sharing what works
• Helping colleagues understand where AI can save time, improve quality, or make work easier

You do not need to be an AI expert. But you should already be using AI in your own work, studies, or projects - not because someone told you to, but because you are naturally curious and want to find smarter ways to get things done.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Actively follow AI trends and enjoy experimenting with new tools
• Can show real examples of how you use AI in practice
• Can explain technology in a simple, practical way
• Like solving problems and improving how things work
• Are comfortable communicating with different types of people
• Are proactive, reliable, and able to follow through on tasks
• Have good English skills
• Have possibility to work 20 hours/week
