Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation
- Management and office operation in cooperation with the building management (maintaining the office condition and arranging vital repairs, solution of malfunctions, new requirements, access to the building and offices, parking spaces)
- Circulation of company correspondence including documents archiving, greeting and providing support to visitors
- Coordinating the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
- Orders for office refreshments, continuous replenishment, control and ensuring the functionality of beverage machines (in cooperation with the vendor)
- Ensuring and supervising cleaning services in the offices including kitchens
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings: verifying attendees, collecting data
- Physical security and safety and occupational health - coordination in cooperation with global teams or the external provider and building management
- Other AD HOC administrative support
Skills and requirements:
- MS Office
- Independent worker/thinker who can prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- A skilled communicator, able to work across several departments, with professional-level verbal and written communication and time management skills
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Have a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency in resolving any issues that may arise
- Provide world-class customer service to our staff for all office and facility needs
- Language skills: Czech and English
