- Maintain the highest standards of presentation and communication
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or guest service is preferred
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are highly valued
- A natural passion for service excellence and guest engagement
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain composed under pressure
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
