As a Regional Data Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how our workplace functions. You’ll help us understand how space is used, maintain accurate floorplans and space data, and support strategic planning that directly influences our employees’ experience and productivity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical accuracy with creative problem‑solving.

What You’ll Do

Space Planning & CAD Support

  • Create and update floorplans, test‑fits, block plans, and simple conceptual layouts in AutoCAD.
  • Keep architectural and furniture drawings accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare clear drawings and presentations for Workplace Managers, Business Units, and leadership teams.

Data & Systems Management

  • Maintain space and occupancy data in the CAFM/IWMS system.
  • Support routine audits to ensure data accuracy and help transform findings into useful reports or dashboards.
  • Work with the Operations team to integrate space utilization analytics into reporting.

Move & Change Planning

  • Develop migration/swing plans and move lists that support real business needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers during move events or small construction activities.

Cross‑Team Collaboration

  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Act as a point of contact for furniture coordination and/or vendor communication, where needed.
  • Work within global team of real estate specialists, supporting technological client.

General Support

  • Contribute to additional workplace or data‑related tasks that help create an efficient, well‑managed environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Secondary school or Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from 4-year college or university and/or equivalent related experience and/or training.
  • AutoCAD drawing experience and CAFM software experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Familiar with system furniture design.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable service to client(s). Ability to present information in an effective way.
  • Work permit in Czech Republic
