Karlin Port Real Estate is a well-established and reputable real estate investment and development company operating across multiple property sectors.
We are looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our growing team in the heart of Prague.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining office coordination, communication and daily operational support in a dynamic international environment. You will become an important part of the company’s daily operations and help ensure everything runs smoothly across the office.
What you will be responsible for
- Managing daily office operations and ensuring smooth office administration
- Coordinating schedules, meetings and internal communication
- Organizing meetings, business trips and company events
- Communicating with suppliers, partners and external service providers
- Preparing documents, presentations and reports
- Handling correspondence and maintaining internal records
- Supporting onboarding and general team coordination
- Helping create a positive and professional office environment
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in office management, administration or office coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional and proactive attitude
- Fluent Czech and English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
