OFFICE COORDINATOR

Karlin Port Real Estate is a well-established and reputable real estate investment and development company operating across multiple property sectors.
We are looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our growing team in the heart of Prague.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining office coordination, communication and daily operational support in a dynamic international environment. You will become an important part of the company’s daily operations and help ensure everything runs smoothly across the office.

What you will be responsible for

  • Managing daily office operations and ensuring smooth office administration
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings and internal communication
  • Organizing meetings, business trips and company events
  • Communicating with suppliers, partners and external service providers
  • Preparing documents, presentations and reports
  • Handling correspondence and maintaining internal records
  • Supporting onboarding and general team coordination
  • Helping create a positive and professional office environment

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in office management, administration or office coordination
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Professional and proactive attitude
  • Fluent Czech and English (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
