Game Master - Escape Game

We are looking for a new team member whose primary responsibilities are operating escape games, welcoming and orienting guests during the game sessions, handling related administrative tasks, and ensuring that our customer service meets the highest possible standards. We are searching for someone with a sociable and optimistic manner who would join us to share our passion for games and fun and to create memorable experiences for others!

Responsibilities

• Instructing and coordinating customers during one-hour game sessions
• Rearranging game space and reception area between games
• Handling payments and service-related administration
• Communicating with customers via emails and phone calls

Requirements

• Must be 17+
• Native Czech / Slovak speaker
• Available especially on weekday mornings, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and weekends
• Fluent in English in written and verbal communication (additional language knowledge is an advantage)
• Good communication skills and self-confidence
• Flexibility and time accuracy
• Friendly, out-going manner and positive attitude
• Well-organized with attention to details
