The Pre-development Specialist - Permitting communicates with building authorities to submit permit applications and coordinate project documentation with designers and project managers.
Key tasks include fostering long-term relationships with authorities for positive project outcomes.
What will be your tasks:
- Communication with building authorities, submission of applications for Master plans, various permits, including building and occupation permits, etc.
- Communication with external designers, Internal design team, Regional Directors and Project managers of individual buildings with aim of preparing project documentation.
- Communication with all concerned authorities in order to obtain their positive opinion on projects.
- Building long-term relationships with authorities.
