What will you do?
- Participate in the planning and implementation of software projects 👨💻
- Collaborate with developers and the QA team to clarify requirements
- Prepare and execute testing of new features
- Assist with system deployment at customer sites (including on-site support)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support
- Propose improvements to processes and systems ✅
What skills and qualifications should you have?
- University degree in IT or a technical field 👨🎓
- Experience in logistics, WES/WCS, or material handling systems
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, etc.)
- Knowledge of Windows or Linux
- Understanding of databases
- Experience with software development or IT projects is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally (including abroad) ✈️
- Communicative level of English
