Your Mission

As a Scrum Master, you help cross-functional teams deliver value with focus and ownership. Your work at team, cluster, and organizational level to build a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. Acting as a coach, facilitator, and change agent, you guide teams to grow in maturity, stay aligned with organizational goals, and help connect strategy with execution across all flight levels. You foster innovation in product teams and strengthen their ability to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

Facilitate & Coach

• Lead purposeful Agile events and adapt practices to team and cluster context while upholding agile values.
• Coach individuals, teams, and leaders in agile mindset, collaboration, and self-organization.
• Foster psychological safety, trust, and open feedback by strengthening team accountability and motivation.

Improve Team Flow & Support Problem-Solving

• Challenge and simplify processes across teams and clusters to remove bottlenecks, shorten time-to-market, and resolve issues that block progress.
• Use data and metrics to drive learning and continuous improvement.
• Bridge the gap between strategy, coordination, and operations (Flight Levels) to ensure goals translate into concrete outcomes.

Empower Teams to Develop Better Products

• Guide teams in applying agile principles, fostering self-organization, ownership, and sustainable delivery.
• Actively support Product Owners in sharpening product vision, backlog quality, and reducing complexity in requirement processes.
• Help reduce technical debt by facilitating improvement discussions.

Enable Alignment & Scaling

• Strengthen collaboration between teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of goals and priorities.
• Ensure team focus stays aligned with product strategy and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and clusters to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Engage in cross-team planning and reviews to strengthen transparency and alignment.

Drive Change & Continuous Improvement

• Lead retrospectives and follow-ups to help teams evolve their practices and collaboration models.
• Encourage experimentation and innovation in delivery methods.
• Facilitate change by addressing resistance and building transparency with stakeholders.
• Support communication of transformation goals, progress, and success stories.

Impact & Metrics

• Track and communicate impact at team, cluster, and organizational level.
• Use outcome-oriented measures (e.g. team health, lead time, sprint goal reliability, backlog quality, stakeholder satisfaction, release frequency) to learn and guide improvements, not to judge performance.
• Review trends regularly with teams and stakeholders to ensure progress.
