QA Engineer (Mid-Senior)

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the quality assurance processes of our software projects, including the B2C booking platform, B2B partner platform, and integration APIs (SOAP/REST, GraphQL).
• You will design, write, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test suites for new functionalities and bug fixes delivered to production.
• You will participate in improvement of continuity and quality standards, including regression testing, release verification, and defect tracking through Jira.
• You will work closely with backend (.NET, PHP), frontend (React), and DevOps teams to integrate/improve quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• You will help ensure the stability and reliability of a high-traffic system, where booking and payment flows are business-critical.

Qualifications

Must have:

• At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance (manual and automation).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and the software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Experience with test automation frameworks for web applications (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or automated API test suites.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to verify data in relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL).
• Experience testing business-critical user flows such as search, booking, and payment processes.
• Working experience with Git and task management tools (Jira).
• Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports and communicate effectively with developers.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines) and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
• Basic programming/scripting skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, PHP, or Python) for test automation.
• Experience testing GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge/Experience with Docker for test environments.
• Knowledge of security and accessibility testing basics.
• Experience in travel, e-commerce, or booking domains.
• Passion for quality and willingness to propose process improvements — we are open to ideas.
